Den här policyn beskriver hur Bersén Stockholm hanterar personuppgifter på den nuvarande, informationsbaserade webbplatsen.
1. Personuppgiftsansvarig

2. Uppgifter som kan behandlas
- E-postkontakt: namn, e-postadress, ordernummer och innehållet du själv väljer att skicka.
- Teknisk drift: hostingplattformen och dess tekniska underleverantörer kan behandla exempelvis IP-adress, tidpunkt, webbläsare och begärd webbadress i säkerhets- och serverloggar.
- Beställningar: uppgifter från köp kan finnas kvar i separata administrativa system när det krävs för kundservice, garanti eller rättsliga skyldigheter. Webbplatsen behandlar inte betalningsuppgifter direkt.
Formulären på webbplatsen skickar inte uppgifter till någon webbdatabas. När du väljer Skicka öppnas i stället ditt eget e-postprogram, där du kan granska meddelandet innan du själv skickar det.
3. Ändamål och rättslig grund
Vi använder uppgifter för att besvara frågor, hantera tidigare beställningar, returer och garantiärenden samt skydda och driva webbplatsen. Behandlingen grundas, beroende på situation, på avtal eller åtgärder på din begäran, rättslig skyldighet eller vårt berättigade intresse av säker drift och kundservice.
4. Cookies och analys
Webbplatsen använder inte Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, annonsmätning eller marknadsföringscookies. Kundvagnen och den lokala sökningen fungerar i din webbläsare och skickar inte dessa uppgifter till Bersén. Om detta ändras uppdateras policyn och eventuell samtyckeshantering innan sådan teknik aktiveras.
5. Mottagare och överföringar
Personuppgifter kan behandlas av leverantörer för hosting, säkerhet och e-post i den utsträckning det behövs för tjänsten. Om en leverantör behandlar uppgifter utanför EU/EES ska det finnas en tillåten överföringsmekanism och lämpliga skyddsåtgärder.
6. Lagringstid
E-post och ärendeuppgifter sparas så länge de behövs för att hantera frågan och eventuella följdärenden. Uppgifter kan sparas längre när lag, garanti, avtal eller rättsliga anspråk kräver det. Tekniska loggar sparas enligt hostingleverantörens säkerhets- och driftbehov.
7. Dina rättigheter
Du kan, när villkoren i dataskyddsreglerna är uppfyllda, begära tillgång, rättelse, radering, begränsning eller dataportabilitet och invända mot viss behandling. Du kan också återkalla ett samtycke. Kontakta oss via e-post för att använda dina rättigheter.
8. Klagomål och ändringar
Du har rätt att lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). Vi uppdaterar denna sida om webbplatsens behandling av personuppgifter förändras.
